Use a soft microfiber cloth (the kind used for eyeglasses or screens) lightly dampened with warm water or a mild glass cleaner to gently wipe the surface. Avoid alcohol-based products or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull and damage the resin’s polished finish.
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days internationally. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
We stand behind every piece we make. If your order arrives with a manufacturer defect — such as significant air bubbles, a lamp that won’t light up, or damage caused during shipping — we offer a full 1-for-1 replacement within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Simply reach out to us with photos and we’ll take care of the rest.
