Every piece is made for you. That takes time.
At DATKEYstudio, nothing leaves our workshop until it’s right. Each resin lamp and artisan keycap is handcrafted in small batches — sculpted, poured, cured, and polished by hand before it’s carefully packed and sent to its new home.
That process takes time. And we believe it’s worth it.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle your order from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door.
Processing Time
Standard items (in stock): 1–3 business days Made-to-order items: 1–3 weeks
Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, some items may need to be crafted after your order is placed. If the item you ordered requires additional production time, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase with an estimated ready date.
We don’t rush this stage. The care that goes into making your piece is exactly what makes it worth having — and we’d rather take the time to get it right than ship something we’re not proud of.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our workshop, standard international delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates based on standard carrier performance and may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, and seasonal carrier volumes. During peak periods — major holidays, sale events — please allow a few additional days.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package in real time via our Track Order page.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll look into it immediately.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Multiple items in one order If your order contains more than one item, pieces may ship separately depending on production schedules and stock availability. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
Customs & import duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines if you’re unsure.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. DATKEYstudio cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every order with care — but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reaching out – occasionally packages are delayed without a tracking update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
